Returns & Refunds
Cancelling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel it.
If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Faulty Products
If you have received a faulty device, please contact us and we will resolve the issue. We may ask for photo or video evidence of the faulty item or we may forward a postage paid envelope for the return of the item/s.
Once the items are received by us, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method or a credit note will be issued.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong product or you wish to return your order, the items must be unused, sealed and in the same condition it was received.
Please contact us to arrange return of the items.
Once they are received, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note that we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
